We’ve tried to keep these short and in plain language. By using Nuggets Daily, you agree to them.
Using Nuggets Daily
Nuggets Daily is a daily trivia and story app made by Kansei Tech in Malaysia. You can use it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Younger children should use the app with a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for them.
Your nickname and behaviour
- Choose a nickname that’s kind and not your full real name. We may hide or change nicknames that are rude or hurtful.
- Play fairly. Don’t try to cheat the leaderboards, interfere with the app or its servers, or copy our quizzes, stories or characters for other uses.
- We may remove scores or accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions
Some features are part of Nugget Club, Nuggets Kids or Nuggets Nest. When subscriptions are available, they are bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until you cancel, and can be cancelled in your store account settings. Free trials turn into paid subscriptions unless you cancel before the trial ends. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Refunds follow the store’s rules.
Quizzes and facts
We work hard to make every question and Nugget Fact accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one, please use “Report this question” in the app. The app is for fun and learning, not professional advice.
Our content
Nugget, the Nugget Hills friends, the quizzes, stories, artwork and the app itself belong to Kansei Tech. Sharing your score pictures on social media is welcome.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the app and may change or remove features. We aim to keep it running smoothly every day, but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Kansei Tech isn’t liable for indirect losses from using the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time (here’s how).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
