Delete your account

For the Nuggets Daily app by Kansei Tech.

In the app (quickest)

Open Nuggets Daily, then go to Me → ⚙️ Settings → Profile → Delete my data and tap Yes, delete everything. Your data is deleted straight away, from your phone and from our servers.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email hello@kanseitech.com with the subject “Delete my Nuggets Daily account”. Include your nickname and, if you can, your friend code (shown in the app under Leaderboard → Friends, like NUG-4K7P), so we can find your account. We’ll delete it within 30 days and let you know.

What gets deleted

• Your guest account, nickname, avatar and region.
• Your quiz results, streaks, Kids’ Edition story days and every leaderboard entry.
• Your friend code, and you are removed from your friends’ lists.
• On your phone: your settings, Fact Journal, Redemption Box, reminders and play history.

What we keep

• Question reports you sent, with no link to you, so quiz fixes aren’t lost.
• Anonymous usage events and crash reports, which aren’t linked to your name and are deleted automatically within 13 months.

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription, so please cancel it in your store account settings too.
